Hi I am Robin Lim Lumsden,
I have always loved cooking and gardening. My husband Michael has encouraged me to follow my two passions and now we are thoroughly enjoying growing a cottage business that involves making artisan, gourmet, fruit preserves, hot pepper sauces and chutneys, made from all natural ingredients, many of which come right from my garden.
The brand’s name originates from “Belcour Lodge”, the property where we live, which was originally an 18th Century coffee farm. The 7-acre property has been in the family for over 25 years and is situated below Irish Town on the Newcastle Road, in the foothills of the Blue Mountains and is bordered by the Mamee River. The region is internationally known for growing the world’s finest coffee. Our next-door neighbors still operate a small coffee farm.
We have an acre of Ortaniques and different varieties of citrus, an array of other fruit trees: guava, mango, avocado and ackee, as well as half an acre of Sugar Loaf pineapples. Along with most of the citrus and guavas, we also grow fresh herbs: basil, mint, parsley, rosemary and French thyme and try to source produce from a growing network of local farmers in the Blue Mountain area.
We are Countrystyle International, the pioneers and primary advocates of the concept of Community Tourism in Jamaica and the Caribbean. Our core mission is the sustainable development and empowerment of communities, through development, marketing and partnership; making communities; “destinations for development”
We believe in the people of the Caribbean and are focused to stimulate relationships across borders through tourism for the benefit of both host and visitor.

Explore and experience a secret Jamaica—the real culture, the seldom seen attractions, and a way to make the most of it all by volunteering on your vacation
Jamaica Adventure Secrets offers travellers the opportunity to learn more about Jamaica in a week than most visitors know in a month.
This company was born out of the vision of Maureen Wright-Evans who shares her secret of how at the age of 12 years she received a life changing gift from a volunteer tourist and this charted the course of her life to become a volunteer adventurer. She says “Each day I feel that I am not just earning an income in my work, but helping many other little girls and boys find that special “Tourist” who may give him/her a life changing gift.”
