Smokey Manor is an ideal getaway for travelers looking to explore Jamaica including, Kingston, with all its cultural centers and diversity.
St. Mary Peace Farm and Park is an eco-tourist retreat, which is also a working farm with produce available for sale. This farm is currently replete with assorted fruits (citrus, apples, guavas and ackee) and flowers, (red and pink gingers, heliconias and yellowbirds). There are also cedar trees, palm trees and bamboo plants throughout the property.
Three streams run through the 22 acres with cascading bamboo trees on either side. The farm is an organic farm as it has not been sprayed with pesticides for over 15 years. It is designed for tourists and locals interested in agro-tourism and eco-tourist attractions.
Visitors, including tourists, school children, church members and other local and international community organisations, are invited to come and spend a day by the streams eating catered picnic lunches and then picking a basket full of fruits as a parting gift.
Visitors are also invited to take any of the five nature trails throughout the orchards and other parts of the farm or to rent bicycles and encircle the 22 acres at their leisure.

The Food Hygiene Bureau (FHB) was established in 1999 as a private sector organization with the mission to educate consumer and the food industry in best practices in food safety, hygiene and occupational health and safety. We are the regional food safety-training centre in the Caribbean for the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, England, the Royal Public Health & Hygiene and the National Environmental Health Associates, USA.
To date we have awarded over 3,500 certificates in food safety to industries. We offer technical assistance to the food and hospitality sector. FHB has generated an excellent track record through its past successes with major projects, recognition by and affiliation with several reputable and renowned international and local bodies, excellent record in training and consulting regional and international.
