Positive Tourism Network is an integrated tourism marketing communications and management company based in Negril, Jamaica W.I. We have developed a niche in information, communications, technology (ICT), public relations and management. The Company has used the communication medium of radio broadcasting and Internet publishing to reach its target market of tourism professionals, travel trade, tourist boards and students in the Caribbean and around the world.
The Company produced Caribbean Tourism Roundtable, an award-winning tourism radio feature on Power 106 FM Radio in 2004 to inform the business community and report on relevant topics on sustainable tourism. A foundation member of the Caribbean Media Exchange founded by Counterpart International, Positive Tourism Network frequently participates in and contributes to Media Forums throughout the Caribbean.
One of the outcomes of the radio programme led Theo & Sharon Chambers to produce the first Caribbean Health Tourism & Spa Symposium on February 7-8, 2005 at the Hilton Kingston Hotel, a main sponsor.
